 Authority to sign

You certify that you are over the age of 21years when hiring a caravan and will be a member of the party occupying the caravan and are authorised to agree these booking conditions on behalf of your party so as to bind all of you by them , each of you will be jointly and sererely liable for your obligation under this contract. No all male or female groups will be excepted on the park or persons under the age of 21years in charge of a caravan.

Caravan Payment  

A retainer deposit of fifty pounds per caravan per week is to be paid within 7 days of the booking, On the receipt of your deposit retainer we will send you confirmation of your holiday booking in writing, The full price of the caravan booking without deduction of the deposit is due 8 weeks prior to commencement of the holiday start date, if final payment is not received by the due date - the holiday is liable to be cancelled and the retainer deposit will be applied for administration costs and readvertising the holiday date. 

Retainer Deposit

The retainer deposit is the sum of £50.00 which we collect initially to secure the booking for you, This sum is retained by Mr S & Mrs C French until the caravan is checked on your departure for damage, loss, additional cleaning or soild quilts or damaged bed linen. Mr & Mrs French have the right to deduct an amount from the retainer deposit should any of the terms and conditions herein contained be breached by you or your party staying with you in the caravan.                                                                                                                                

 Should the amount of the retainer deposit not be sufficient compensation will be collected in the event of the breach of these terms and conditions, Mr & Mrs french reserve the right to seek additional compensation to cover the cost of damage, loss or additional cleaning or laundry.                                                                                                                                                                     

Club Membership Form & Payment

The price of the caravan does not include club membership.

The club membership will need to be paid by you by cheque and sent direct to Hoburne Bashley, I will enclose the club membership form with an addressed envelope when i receive the deposit for your holiday booking. The cost for club membership is £23.50 paid a week inadvance for up to 6 persons,  If paid on the day of your arrival the cost will be £29.00

Short breaks up to 3 nights cost £6.50 per night then weekly rate will apply if over 3 nights.

The Booking Form

The booking form will be sent to you on receipt of your deposit, This form will need to be filled in by the person booking and staying in the caravan as part of your terms & conditions.        On the form we ask you to put all the names who are staying in the caravan, The age by the childrens name, Are you taking club membership ? and do you require the linen services.? and then sigh the form that you have read and agree to your Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation of your Holiday

If the holiday is cancelled in excess of 42 days a refund of the full cost of the holiday will be given less the retainer deposit which is applied to administration costs.If the holiday is cancelled with less then 42 days notice before commencement of your caravan booking, Mr & Mrs French will use their best endeavour to re-let the caravan. If the caravan is not re let, Mr & Mrs French shall be entitled to retain all Or any part of the monies that have been paid, Cancellation of your holiday should in the first instance be made to Mr &Mrs French by phone and supported byconfirmation in writing.  

Unforseen Circumstances

Should  accommodation booked become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, A full refund will be given or alternative accommodation will be offered whenever possible. 

Arrival and Departures

The caravan will be available for you to take up occupation from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of your departure. These times may be varied by prior mutual agreement only and also for weekend and midweek bookings.
